The time of day wasn't important in the long shot, nor was it really important on why Anolean was walking into the Study looking for a certain human. This human had been currently released by its master after some crazy stunts that he pulled. Anolean did not know the humans name but he did know what he looked like and what he was going to do with the human man. With his cane in hand and looking fabulous as always, the dark haired man scanned the room as soon as he entered.
There was so many humans doing their chores that it was hard to tell the difference from one to the other. Either way, he moved on, his cane clacking with each determined step that he took. He was on a mission and by God he was going to follow it through. He was sick of his sister looking like something a cat drag in after a dog murdered the poor thing. Now, he tapped his foot idly on the hard wood floor. Eventually, his eye rested on the price, or so he thought anyways.
Stepping forward with great speed, it took no more then a few moments for him to cross the threshold and stand behind the dark haired man. Reaching out, he took the human by the ear and turned him with it. Now, Anolean was being gentle, in the terms he was not ripping the ear from his head, but merely giving it a slight pull to gain the others attention.
Right now wasn't the time to be dusting a desk and tidying it up. More important matters where needing to be attended too. Anolean looked down at him with his brows coming together. "You are the Watch Maker, correct?" He stated and then slowly turned his head to wave a hand idly in the air near a shadow.
"If so, my sister requires your----immediate attention." He paused for a moment as the shadows danced about his finger tips, eyes that looked just like Naelonas peered down at him. "I no longer care to see my sister vanish before my eyes and you, human, will fix the error that troubles her." Apparently, Anolean was not going to argue with the boy. He was being very direct and leaving no room for disobedience or inquires. Just blunt and too the point, that was Anolean Ezel.

The rumors were true... The boy had just been released only three days before now from being with Jouhnin. Of course, after your induced into a hundred small seizures, a lot of your problems go away or get worse. Augusta Davingoun's problems had left, and he had gained a new form a passiveness really. But the same issues that were haunting Naelona like The Black Plague were the same ones that made Augusta want to roll under a huge rock and die. Of course, Augusta had no siblings to grab innocent slaves and drag them around by their ears to solve his problems. No, Augy wasn't that lucky. Not at all it seemed.
"You are the Watch Maker, correct? If so, my sister requires your----immediate attention."
Augusta let out a small yelp as his ear was pulled, of course it only stung lightly, but his head was sensitive since he had been electrocuted multiple times. It wasn't fun at all. Augusta looked at the boogie with a face that held no respect at all. Augusta was known for such looks, it was kinda his thing, hating boogies. Augusta nodded, and when the man said sister he knew exactly who it was, inducing pain for no good reason, this HAD to be Naelona's brother. Bunch of rotten apples the three of that family were. Rotted, nasty, brown, apples. And Augy didn't care for them very much and the way Augy stared at the man said all those words very, very clearly.
"I no longer care to see my sister vanish before my eyes and you, human, will fix the error that troubles her."
"Then what are you waiting for... Drag me there just like everyone else does... I'm starting to get used to this whole drag-me-around-like-some-doll thing..."

The older Ezel looked at the human with amusement, if it could be called that because when Anolean smirked, it normally wasn't a good thing. "Sharp tongue. Amusing. But it is a wonderful thing that you get used to such a thing. For one, I really love to drag people about by their limbs." He chuckled this time and turned his attention to the shadows.
"I do hope you don't get ill traveling, you sassy thing." Pulling Augusta along by his ear, Anolean stepped through a shadow as if it was nothing but a simple door. For him, it was just that but for a human, it might be a whole other ballgame. It was like being pulled in and then out of a vacuum cleaner.
But it only lasted for a few moments. Anolean stepped out on the other side that took him straight into his sisters dark chambers with Augusta in tow. He finally released his ear and look towards his twin.
"Sister," He said gently. "I have brought the Watch Maker. Now let us see, if we can get to the bottom of these events." He stated in a loving tone as he went to his sister and touched the side of her face, kissing her upon the head and looked towards Augusta.
"There is a seat to your right, get comfortable and chose your words wisely. Now isn't time for your smart mouth to go running away with your tongue."

Naelona sat well within the darker shadows of her quarters. As anyone knew, the darkest was always just shy of the light, and so she sat in a chair near the heavy curtains of a window. One leg folded over the other, a book lay open in her lap. It was a record book, and in it was a marked entry of particular interest of the Ezel. A stream of light seeped in from between the thick curtains. It bled across the aged pages, and dribbled across the floor.
"Sister," Ah,.. so Anolean had returned. She wasn't sure what her brother did half the time anymore. Whenever he told her she just as well forgot within short order. Her mind wasn't as sharp as it usually was, nor her wit as quick. It was an agitating thing on the best of days, and remarkably unnoticed on the worst. Even her twin's worry seemed distant, and disconnected. This wasn't the first time she'd been in such a situation.. just not quite one of this magnitude.
"I have brought the Watch Maker. Now let us see, if we can get to the bottom of these events." Slowly closing the book with a silent motion Naelona turned her gray eyes upon the boy. What irony, it had to be Jouhnin's boy right during negotiations. Well - granted they were going most favorably - but Anolean wasn't going to screw things up for himself even if he were oblivious to the greater workings going on around him. She'd have to make note to send a note of apology to Jouhnin if anything transcribed from this to the boy's ill fortune.
Shadows shifted aside and revealed a chair for him to sit in. "If you wish, brother." For the moment Naelona couldn't care. He was just a boy. Just some slave. She had a transition to.. drift through.. for the moment the otherwise quick-witted boogie failed to see what bringing Augusta into this would accomplish. "What did you bring him in for..?" she asked Anolean quietly, softly. "The two were very close.. if one has not been seen with the other.." Naelona trailed off, then clenched the book within her hands and fell silent.
"Kristopher has been missing for a time now. No-one has seen, nor heard, nor speaks to have seen or heard of him, his fate, or whereabouts." Looking at Augusta, Naelona sat back within the chair, away from the window and away from the light. "I wish you to tell me where he's gone."

Augusta felt ill waaaay before Anolean pulled him into the stupid shadow-vortex. One, Anolean was a creepy bastard, and two being called a 'sassy thing' sounded way to implying for Augy to take it well. He sighed and grumbled darkly as Anolean dragged him by the ear, it wasn;t really painful, but annoying it was. When they were in Naelona's quarters Augusta put a hand over his mouth and looked like he was going to puke but after a second his face stopped being green and he coughed lightly before looking around. " God it's stuffy in here... Ever think about opening a window and getting air in here that doesn't smell like rot?" he said, so much for 'watching his tongue.' When he got withing a ten foot vicinity of Naelona, Augusta became a back-talking little pain in the ass. Maybe because the woman really poked his 'pissy' button.
I wonder why.
"Kristopher has been missing for a time now. No-one has seen, nor heard, nor speaks to have seen or heard of him, his fate, or whereabouts. I wish you to tell me where he's gone."
Augusta sighed, raised and eyebrow like Naelona had grown two head and then frowned. " How the fuck should I know were he is...?" he said and shrugged his shoulders. " If you weren't aware, for the past week or two, I've been with Jouhnin, who has been strapping me up to a car battery and shocking my brain..." he said matter-of-a-factly. He sighed and looked at the chair next to him. Deciding he might get ill again is he didn't sit down he decided to sit in the chair. He put his elbows on his knees and let his hands dangle. " So unfortunately I have no idea were he is... But trust me, we are both on the same team here... But..."
Then it hit him like a ton of bricks... He knew who he should find first... But was he going to tell Naelona... Fuck no. He;d keep it to himself until she got curious and unless he was threatened with his life... He probably wouldn't tell. He was going to take care of this himself. He didn't want Naelona digging her nasty little fingers into his life, because she'd find out about his 'friend' if she dug any further. And he didn't want her knowing any of that.

"Watch your tongue, or I'll rip it out and sew your mouth shut so you choke on your own blood." AH yes, Anolean never took well to foul mouthed humans or insults for that matter. So what if his sisters room was stuffy. What did it matter? Really, look at the poor woman! She was constantly in right field.
Sighing softly and bent down and whispered to his twin, "He might know where the blond is, or who might have ill will against him. That..." He paused and looked towards Augusta and decided to speak out loud for him to hear. "Or in case he killed him. We know you have been gone with your Master, but what is known is that you, well..." He paused for a moment, pondering the right words.
Of course, nothing was the right way to put this, no words could make this easy. "Had gotten quite---controling of him before he disappeared and then you." He tilted his head then, "People say he screamed a lot, in the room you shared with him. If you killed him, its best you say so now or tell us who might have caused him harm. All we want, is the body living or dead." Anolean placed a hand on his sisters shoulder then.
"I want him returned to my twin, so if you have any suggestions. Speak them now, for very rarely will I let a human offer us suggestions in ways of finding a slave. So I ask now again, does he have enemies or did you do him in while in a fit of rage, Watch Maker."

"Anolean.." Naelona hissed quietly, frowning at the book within her hands given her brother was mostly out of her natural range of vision anyway. Didn't he notice it bothered her now to speak of this thing? If he was going to hunt down Augusta and try to pry out the details from him - Naelona had rather not known about it. She was a product of ill rest and worry, the current persona that everyone knew as Naelona Ezel was sorely lacking. Even as a mask, it was difficult to front. Briefly she considered the other boogies she knew of who were.. well.. simply absurd. Did they all get thrust through something akin to this?
"Past two weeks.." Naelona echoed the boy's words.. "..that only means you were still around when he vanished. You could still know what happened to him." Turning a pair of cold yet tired eyes upon the boy, the boogie studied his young face a few moments that felt like a horribly long time. "..so where is he?" Unwittingly the last word was spoken in their old tongue, and went unnoticed by the younger twin.
"I don't want him here if he's dead, Anolean.." It was a difficult line to say, but it was exactly as she.. felt? She didn't want to see Kristopher's corpse, if one existed. She'd rather just know he was simply 'gone' and leave it at that. "I know he has enemies.. Augusta.." Naelona started quietly, pressing her fingers together. "If... if you know where he is.. or might be.. or who.." for a moment she forgot where she was going with that, and it took another moment to recall where it was. Perhaps they would take it as her thinking, as she was prone to do. Either conclusion was irrelevant. "..I-..I will work with you.. to a proper means of an end."
To just have an end.. would be helpful. Biting her lip Naelona looked away from the two. Did her brother not see it? Kristopher missing was a clear instigator of the issue, but it wasn't the sole problem. He was just the missing cork to the bottle that'd thus far kept them at bay - sealed - locked away and kept from spilling into her sleep. One more thoughts of a far place came to mind.. Anolean might agree to go with her if she asked. Maybe it would stop this.. maybe just maybe if she went to that place.. this would all end.. one way or anoth-
Shaking her head to rid her mind of the thought, the boogie pinched the bridge of her nose before rising to put away the book. Pausing near Augusta she merely looked at the boy distantly, observing him for a few moments, and moved on towards her bookcase wordlessly.

Augusta wasn't in the mood to deal with this. Not now, not ever. Kristopher's vanishing act was just as departmental to Naelona's sanity as it was to Augusta's. And now that Augusta was not insane, or less than before, he had both the guilt and the fear. Fear for Kristopher, his life, his happiness, and his trust. Which Augusta had certainly lost. And guilt, guilt for not being able to do anything. The pain of having to be there, it was like being chained and forced to watch a horrible movie were you beat the only one you love half to death every day. Could any of the people in Wonderland understand that kind of pain? That kind of guilt, knowing your hands hurt the one you loved and you were too mentally fucked up to stop it? No... Nobody really did, nobody really could. Especially nobody in the room Augusta was in.
"People say he screamed a lot, in the room you shared with him. If you killed him, its best you say so now or tell us who might have caused him harm. All we want, is the body living or dead."
"Shut up..." he said darkly as he stared at his feet, hands clenched into fists. " I didn't k--kill him... I know that it seems like I did but that's not the case..." he said and kept his gaze at the floor. His voice was softer, guilt littered every word. Augusta only looked up when Naelona spoke. He stared at her for a second and noticed something, Naelona was really shaken up about this. Augy knew full and well that Nae cared for Kris, but he always told himself that Nae was a horrible beast and deserved everything bad she got. Of course it wasn't really the case, but Augy was bad at letting things go, he held impressive grudges.
"If... if you know where he is.. or might be.. or who....I-..I will work with you.. to a proper means of an end."
A deep sigh erupted from the slave. he put his hand to his forehead as if he had a horrible head ache. He knew who would do this, but he needed to know if Naelona would give him a little before he gave her a little. " I have a pretty damn good feeling who took him, and I know that they are going to hurt him... And as much as I don't want to say this, but the person who took him is probably torturing him... But..." he paused and stared at a wall. He looked at the wall, his face void of emotion. " I want something from you before I tell you anything... You can go ahead and beat me senseless, but I'm not giving you a lick of information 'till you promise me one thing..." he said. He then looked down to his feet again before he put his hands together and sighed again.
" I want you to let me go get him... If I tell you who, and they tell you where... I want to be able to go in there and get him. And don't make the excuse that you can't trust me to bring him back... Cause we both know that I want him back just as much as you do..." The slave lifted his head and looked at Naelona before finishing, not taking his nearly black eyes off her. " And you know good and well that I'll kill anyone or anything that gets in my way of finding him..."

Anolean sighed at his sisters words. He supposed she was right, seeing the body would do her no good, but wasting it would be worse. It was like telling someone to not butcher that find cow that was going to die anyways. Matching eyes watched his twin do as she pleased. He didn't stop her from moving or speaking. It was good that she spoke, even if it was about the human.
Anolean started to tap his cane idly as he thought about what he was hearing from the boy. By the looks of Augusta, he didn't kill the blond. If he had done it, guilt would of been all over his face and he would of broken. He knew he would, Augusta was a very emotional human, far too much for his own good sometimes.
He looked up at him at the mention of wanting something from his twin. Listening pantiently, he weight the options. It seemed like a small price to pay to get Naelona back to her rightful self, if that was even possible. The human best be alive...
"What is it you want?" He asked.
" I want you to let me go get him... If I tell you who, and they tell you where... I want to be able to go in there and get him. And don't make the excuse that you can't trust me to bring him back... Cause we both know that I want him back just as much as you do..."
Anolean wanted to laugh so hard right then and there, but he didn't. Instead he only smirked, "Indeed." Let the human go fetch the other, how amusing, that is if the blond would even go with him. What would be better, stay with the capture or follow the one that beat him.
"I think you would kill, you have the look of a killer." He paused and regarded his sister carefully and this time, spoke softly. "I think we can agree to this request, what say you sister? I am sure you want the name of the thief that stole away your property."
"Forgive me,sister." A late apology in their own tongue but still one nonetheless.

Placing the book back upon the shelf, Naelona rested a pale hand upon the spine of the book, observing it absently for a few moments before gradually moving away from the bookcase, and back towards her brother and the slave. Coming up to her brother, Naelona folded up her arms to her chest, resting against his back and her head against his shoulder. At the boy's voice Nae tilted her head to listen to him. What had the been speaking on? Ah, that was right.. Kristopher.
Nae cringed at the thought of Kristopher being tortured. Torture itself didn't bother the boogie by far. She'd done so to slaves in the past herself, but that wasn't the point. The idea that someone else had her Kristopher.. to suffer their whims and beatings.. she merely pressed more into her brother's back. Listening to his proposal, it took a few moments to fully sink in exactly what Augusta was wanting. She doubted he wanted Kristopher back as much as she did... or had, at least.
Augusta's black eyes found coal gray ones watching him from the safety of her brother's immediate presence. "I have but one condition to that.." her voice came quieter and more feeble sounding than an proper Ezel should ever approve of. "..when you find him, bring him here, to me so I might see him." Or if the hospital was that dire of a necessity, at least to send word to her so she might meet them there as soon as she could. "..the rest... is acceptable to me."
Kristopher.. didn't trust the boy, did he? She remembered conflict before. Things were going on that rendered Kristopher uneasy, fearful.. it had apparently made him snap like a dry twig when Shaehern had confronted the child with the reality of his situation. She could already tell - Kristopher would be ill for a very long, long time. "..Tell me their name."

"I think you would kill, you have the look of a killer."
Was he supposed to take that as an insult? Probably. Did he? No... He was willing to kill and die for his love, he found it barbaric but fine. It was the Boogies that just killed for no reason, he found is reasons to be just fine, if not acceptable. But this was also coming from the slave with so many mental disorders he might as well wear a straight jacket for the rest of his life. Cause really, Vasant may have been gone, but the seeds he planted in Augy's brain were still there. Except twisted, Augusta was violent, and he would be... But never against Kristopher ever again. He was rebellious, but he was seriously considering quitting that and taking his time to care for Kris. He knew when the boy was found, Augy would be in deep shit. He knew Kristopher wouldn't trust him and wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole. They probably wouldn't sleep near each other, and every time Augusta would look at Kris it'd be a slap in the face. Each time he saw Kris he'd be forced to think of that time when he was a prisoner in his own mind, watching himself beat Kris senseless. It would be like stabbing Augusta in the chest each time Kris spoke or looked at him. He might as well just hang himself. But he shook those thoughts from his head. Last thing he needed was to put Kristopher through the tragedy of a suicide.
"..when you find him, bring him here, to me so I might see him...the rest... is acceptable to me."
Augusta didn't respond but he did nod, he understood, eventually he'd have to admit to himself that Naelona also loved Kris and there was nothing he could do about it. But it was only Augusta that kept Naelona and her family from getting attacked by rebels, but she would never know that bit. He didn't look away from her when she asked for the name, he only stood and shoved his hands into the pockets of his jeans. " Aione Higurashi..." he said and then turned from them, he was heading for the exit as he turned and looked at Naelona with a look that was full of a simple emotion: sympathy.
" I'm going to go get the information from her now... If you'd like to watch me rip the information out of her, be my guest..."

Anolean blinked a few times and turned to regard his sister once again. "Aione Higurashi." He seemed to be confused by the name but he knew it nonetheless. "Beloved Sister, isn't that the human that belong to the late Tristan?" The one that she took in under her wing.
To think, if this was true, that a human would take something from its new master. Something like a favorite slave, it seemed outrageous but possible. But why would a girl like her go about taking Kristopher, if that is what she had done. What good would it do her? Ah well, it wasn't his concern, his only concern was for his sister and the return of the slave.
"I personally, will pass on seeing you pull information from her, I have other things to attend too." Such as his sister.
"But we do expect results from this...and reasoning why he was taken." His eyes narrowed, "For toying with our property is not tolerated."

"Wait." The name had reached her ears and sank within her mind with the ease of a brick. Aione Higurashi. She was the sickly girl Naelona had sent Elric to check up one, the one child she had delayed examining, one of the slaves of the late Tristan Blackthorne.. and she was responsible.. for this? Someone she had promised to him that she would ensure came to no harm, and would be treated well.
The look of sympathy was seen, but any further meaning of it was lost upon her. Even had Naelona been a more rested individual, she wouldn't have understood it. Sympathy and empathy was something that eluded the Ezel, as did many other things. "Aione.. I own her." Stepping away from her brother she followed the slave towards the door - though kept a considerably distance. "I.. wish to see this. I gave my word to her former master.. it would not be honorable to break it." Her word she would see no harm came to his girls, or girl - singular - rather now. Save if they deserved the punishment they had coming to them.
Moving away from the door Naelona drifted into the deep shadows, and in her dark attire all but vanished from sight. Her voice still carried through, though tired and weary. "I can summon her here, she will come to my call..." She had his word they two slaves would respect her orders as much as they had his own. "..if you would wish it." Emerging back from the shadows, Naelona held something between her cupped hands, covered and hidden from prying eyes.
Nearing, Naelona watched Augusta rather closely, before speaking in very soft, quiet tones, as though only for the two of them to now. "One... you find where he.. he is. G-ive this to him.. as proof of your word and mine are aligned." Uncovering her hands, within then laid a watch. A watch the watch-maker should very easily recognize. It was the first one he had given to Kristopher. Naelona had confiscated it from the boy for... reasons she no longer recalled. "He will believe your words then."

"I can summon her here, she will come to my call...if you would wish it."
Augusta stopped in his tracks when Naelona said wait, which was odd cause he never followed orders. But Naelona was... different now. Not only did he pity her but he felt her pain if only just a little. He sighed and turned just slightly to look at the boogie-woman. He nodded, he figured if him and the stuff room didn't scare the information out of Aione.... Nae and Anolean being here, plus Augy breaking all her fingers would do the trick. He sighed for what seemed to be hundredth time and turned fully to face Naelona.
"One... you find where he.. he is. G-ive this to him.. as proof of your word and mine are aligned. He will believe your words then."
Augusta watched her and when she held out her gift, kinda, he looked at it for a second before his eyes widened just slightly. It was the watch he had given Kris, not his fathers which Kris wore now, but the one he had made and gave to Kris when they first met. So this is where it had gone, figures. He took the pocketwatch from her and held it up to his face, " Old but... It's my work for sure... Stunning..." he suddenly missed watchmaking now. " It's been a long time since someone has called me The Watchmaker... Those times were simpler... More, " Augusta paused and quickly clamped his hand around the watch, silencing himself. More normal...
" Well Madam.... bring her if you wish, but I can't promise that your new 'property' won;t be damaged..." he said, her property referring to Aione. Despite Naelona's promise to Tristan, the slave girl deserved it for committing such an act as kidnapping. And unaware to Nae and Augy, torture and assault.
