Shaehern was humming an upbeat tune while setting up a table and some chairs in the study. Business was always more pleasurable when treated as a game or fun activity. No opportunity to moonwalk back was missed nor was the chance to dramatically throw out an arm while swaying his body. In hindsight he might have finished set up a lot sooner without the dramatics, but it was too fun to ignore. He doubted that he would actually have to conduct any real business once his guest arrived. This was intended more so as a social call to meet and greet another Boogie that was potentially in the same field as him. Shaehern smirked as he recalled that there were a great many things similar between Takanami Jouhnin and Shaehern Azhrarn. However similar, Shaehern was confident that the two men were very different. That said, Shaehern would not be at all disappointed if the man showed any similar tastes in fashion or design. Jouhnin was a sort of friend to Naelona. It was something remarkable how their interactions would go, but Shaehern would not poke or prod at their relationship. After all, Shaehern already knew everything he was entitled to know and then some. It was the nature of his persona. With another dramatic throw of the arms he put a cloth down over the table. He swung his right leg behind his left and spun away in an elegant twirl. The flowing fabric of his gown spread out before pulling itself back to the center. A slave might have made the remaining few tasks easier. Or Miriam. Shaehern thoughtfully clicked his bone rings together before reaching up to fondle a lock of his hair. He barely had time to take note of his intruding wisp, let alone whether it was Aleya or Chir. He waved off the luminescent ball of flame without a second glance and turned about to await his visitor.

There was so much to think about and yet, none of it really went through the blonds mind much. How odd it was, he wanted to know what happened to him and why things turned out the way they did. However, at the same time he just didn't seem to care and yet he did.
It a strange feeling and one he intended to straighten out at some point. Which leads to the point in Kristopher's randomly walking down the hallway. He was looking for a certain individual who he knew he could get the answers he needed. But getting those answers was never an easy task. Sometimes it was like talking to an overly flamboyant wall that spewed rainbows and collected butterflies.
He had heard that Shae was in the study, being his very odd and unique self. He had also heard that Jouhnin would be joining him soon. He wasn't sure if he was prepared to tell with two flamboyant boogies to find out the heart of the matter but if he must, then he would.
Coming upon the study door, he rested his pale hand upon the handle and stood there. How would Naelona feel if he went to Shaehern for answers she would not give. She had not summoned him, nor has she even given him the time nor day sense...the incident that he couldn't remember. Surely, she would call for him sooner or later, but Kristopher was not about to wait.
Taking a deep breath, Kristopher calmly went into the study and closed the door softly. For a change, he did not fondle the sleeves of his clothing or pull at his long blond hair. He merely looked to his right and then to his left, he did not see the blue boogie.
How odd, "Azhrarn?" He called out softly.

The blue-tinted Boogie Man stepped out from the wall as Kristopher stepped in. As always, his clothing swayed about as he moved forward. His face had originally been beaming, but it fell a few notes upon seeing Kristopher Roberts. This was a slave that had been rather cruel to him the last time they had the chance to speak.
Barring the poor reception from their last encounter, Shaehern was able to determine with minimal effort that the boy's Mistress would most certainly desire the two to remain separate. Nothing good ever came of the interactions between Shaehern and Kristopher.
At the very least he could offer the blond a little bit of cheer. "Hello, boy. I'm here. 'Fraid you caught me right before a meeting with an individual with a pleasantly vibrant personality. I'm sure the Palace is simply fraught with gossip over the meeting--I'm certain that those whom are interested have been holding their breath for this encounter for quite some time, in fact."
Jouhnin was a well-respected Boogie, but he was also a relaxed one at most times. He also had a reputation for flamboyance that Shaehern would occasionally rival. It was those sparks of brilliance that Shae occasionally presented that suggested that the two Boogies might be fast friends or worst enemies. Regardless, it was going to be an explosion of flame of one kind or another.
"Things aren't going so hot for you, are they? I could be spared to give you a hug or something, but if it's answers that you want, then it's going to cost you." His voice dropped low at the very end of the statement. There was something sinister about his demeanor before he turned bright and pleasant once again. "Ah, but I'm forgetting my manners!"
The blue Boogie spun about and grasped hold of another chair. With a twirl and a leap he set the chair down close to the boy and the entrance. "Have a seat, and maybe we will speak about what's on your mind. You must be troubled to seek me out."
So far as the history of ever was concerned it was always the opposite with Shae and Kris.

Kristophers bright green eye rested right on the boogie as he came around the corner at last. Staring at the odd boogie, it was clear already that he might not get the help he wanted. He and Shaehern didn't have a very good track record. Well, they could get along but sometimes, Kris just lost his temper with the boogie over something silly.
Realizing this, he lowered his gaze for a moment as he felt rather ashamed of his past actions. This boogie was usually trying to help him in some odd form. But Kristopher had always been too damn blind to see it, until now. "So, I have heard." Kristopher said with a smal shrug of his shoulders. "I had hoped to catch you before you had your meeting with him." But it seems like he might not of done that.
The blond blinked a few times as Shae stated the obivious. Things were not going so hot for him at all. In fact, the whole dying thing and coming back to life wasn't his best experience ever. Raising his brows slightly in that Okay-yeah-I-knew-it-would-cost-me-and-I-was-afraid-of-that kind of look. With a hint of yeaaaah-I-was-totally-a-moron-sorry-about-that- look on top of it.
Raising a hand to his hair, he ruffled it a bit. Without a word, the blond sat down in the chair that was offered and crossed his legs at the knee like a female.
"I think troubled, is a bit spot on for my situation." Stretching out the "is" he leaned back in his seat and touched his eye patch. Yeah, he had a lot of troubles on his mind, however that look on Shae's face.
It made him think that the blue peacock boogie knew a lot of what was about to happen as soon as Jou stepped through these doors soon. He wondered for a moment, if he should of ran out the doors five seconds ago.

Jouhnin had gotten an invitation, sent from one familiar to another, that a boogie named Shaehern Azhrarn wanted to meet him. Jouhnin had heard faint words about the other boogie, and many had told him that he was a lot like this boogie. Jouhnin of course, in his never-ending parade thought that the most amusing thing in the world. Being and Elder he had more important things to do, but maybe some relaxation and making new friends on the side wouldn't hurt. He, of course, talked to some other boogie folk to make sure that this other boogie was decent. he basically found out that this boogie was probably going to be a good friend, and that their similarities were uncanny. Though he figured that no other boogie could be quite as fabulous or well-dressed as Jouhnin was. But he figured he'd at least give the boogie a shot. After all, it was rude to shoot down a future friendship just because of other peoples opinions. Jouhnin then decided to go and accept that invitation, and bring some Sake with him just in case the man was unbearable.
A pair of perfectly manicured hands came down on Kristopher's shoulders. There was no danger to Kris though, but it seemed like the man had filtered out of the air. In truth he'd just walked into the room and Kristopher didn't notice. Jouhnin let out a light chuckle, " I didn't know that dear Kristopher was joining us, Mr. Shaehern Azhrarn..." he said. An air of dignity and grace sort of followed Jouhnin around when he was on buisness, but sometimes that little gay-parade followed him too. Today Jouhnin was wearing his standard kimono get-up. This time it was a deep emerald green color with silver trim and intricate snakes in a very interesting pattern ran across the cloth. He was wearing a two-layered kimono today, because of the hot summer weather he couldn't bundle up like he normally would. His hair wasn't tied up, it framed his pale face and ran down his shoulders and reached about the middle of his back. And he was very proud of it too, his hair being so long was sort of pride because every man in his family had sported long hair. It was sort of... tradition, if one could say that. Jouhnin looked down at Kris, removing his hands from the boy's shoulders and sighed softly, brushing some hair from his face e smiled at Shae. " It's a pleasure to meet the Boogie who is so much like me, or so everyone says..." he said and bowed at the waist, a gesture of respect, and that from an Elder, it was an honor for Shae. Most Elders didn't bow for anyone, especially not Jouhnin.

Truth be told, Shaehern should not have bothered with Kristopher's problems at all. There was never anything to gain from it aside from whatever twisted pleasure he drew from meddling in the affairs of others. He could certainly claim some small degree of responsibility for the boy's current predicament, even if his own involvement had been completely indirect.
Ah, but there was no time to dwell on such dark matters at hand. Not when his guest from the house of Takanami arrived. Shaehern had heard that the man was something of a giant, but seeing him was a completely different experience. He was physically imposing and every inch of the man was dressed for sharp success. The fashion was highly reminiscent of little Miriam and was based on a human style. Shaehern could not say one thing was out of place.
Rather, it made him feel almost plain in comparison. Layered dark blue cloth was certainly fashionable enough, but it was too hot for most of his other accessories. It meant that it was simply a time for jewelry. Ivory rings suddenly did not feel quite nearly extravagant enough and silvered earrings in a feather shape felt gaudy and heavy in his ears. He also became self-conscious about his hair. He had hardly done anything with it beyond his usual ritualistic care.
So this was what an Elder looked like. And the man bowed to him! Shaehern Azhrarn, of all people! He loosed a giggle and waved his hand at the respectful and intimidating fellow. "Ah, there is no need for such formality, sir. Just Shaehern or Shae is fine." He actually felt like his face was flushing at being reminded that he was alikened to Jouhnin at times.
"Oh, my, if only I could do honor to such claims. The similarity is cursory, at best. You are simply stunning and amazing and have such a presence! It is no wonder that you can make heads turn."
As he spoke Shaehern felt himself recovering a little bit. Talking was easy and it was something he was very good at. Of course, if Jouhnin started talking in the old tongue he would make a complete fool of himself. Ah, that would be horrifying. Best talk about something else to distract him from that thought.
"And I was unaware that he would be stopping by, as well. The boy is charming and wished to converse with me. He's had it rough as of late. I imagine he needs a little bit of cheering up after being through the worst of it." His eyes fell back down to the blond. Kristopher was now in Jouhnin's literal clutches and Shaehern's metaphorical clutches. Something magical was bound to happen here shortly.

Dear, sweet, Kristopher had opened his mouth to speak when a hand suddenly landed on his shoulder. It was so sudden that Kristopher about jumped right out of his chair! But thankfully, he didn't but his heart was racing deep within his chest. His head quickly shot up and spotted Jou. Oh, oh wonderful...he didn't seem to be able to escape the gay fast enough. For a brief moment, Kristopher wondered if he would catch it, then remembered he had a boyfriend. So, actually he already had a sip of the gay in a matter of sense. How silly of him.
But now with his chest beating wildly in his chest, his words stumbled lightly out of his mouth, "M-Master Takanami....w-what a pleasure." Insert fake smile here. Kristopher was slightly taken back by the tall demon who was more a thorn in his side then anything. But lately, he hadn't botherd the boy and he couldn't reject the Masters treatment of his lover. As much as he hated it, he knew his love needed something....something else but he kept his trap shut on that matter.
A twitch of the eye and Kristopher let out a soft chuckle. Maybe being dead did something for him, "Ah, no. No, I wasn't staying, I will come back to visit Shahern when he is less busy." Especially with a rainbow sitting boogie.
The blond stood quickly as soon as he felt Jou remove his hand from his thin shoulders. He felt like he should run, like he was a mouse stuck between two hungry felines. "Ah, I am sure you two have plenty to talk about and that it is something a slave should not hear." Or something to that effect. "So, I will show myself out, good day to you both." He gave a slight bow and started to try and walk out of the room.
But that nagging feeling told him he wasn't going to make it far at all! Especially, with Shea stating that Kris has had a very, very difficult time as of late. That made him pause for a moment and look over his shoulder at the blue boogie. Cheering up?
Cheering up? Good God, that was something he didn't need from these two boogies, who knew what horrors they would do to try and cheer him up! Good god, it was time to get his skinny ass outta here before it was to late!

Jouhnin looked on at this other boogie with a sort of curious tone after he had bowed. He looked at him, up and down the man figure before deciding that this boogie didn't nearly have quite the caliber of fashion that Jouhnin did, but he didn't say it out loud. He knew not to crush everyone under his foot, he'd never make friends with anyone that way. Though Jouhnin had to say, those ivory rings did catch his eye. He liked them, wondered if he could find them and made a mental note to look in the market next time he went. He always needed an excuse to blow some of the Takanami families large fortune. And ever-growing might one add, nobody really knew what kind of dealings went on with the Takanami family, but we can just say that many of the traders at the market, were underlings of the Takanami's. Employees of sorts, maybe forced, maybe not, nobody ever really knew. Though he was very critical of Shae, wasn't he? Maybe it was his new position as Elder that made him start treating others so low. But he brushed it off, at least the man looked intimidated, which was proper, any other reaction might have set the two off on a bad start.
But Jouhnin then smiled, it was one of those smiles that was often followed by a smirk. Jou had a way with smiling that could send chills down your spine in the most awfully good way. " Yet I hear so much, so many people claim us to be so alike." Jouhnin sighed softly, " Oh, please, you're going to embaress me if you don't stop with all these compliments!" he said and held a hand over his face, possibly hiding the fact of how flustered he was. Nobody has really ever complimented him this much before. It wasn't bad, but... unusual. Jouhnin looked at Kristopher, listening to the boy made him want to puke. he didn't enjoy this blonds company, but he adored his mistress. And so he didn't kill the boy, only under the reason that it was Nae's servant. If it hadn't been for Nae, Jou would have killed the boy long ago.
Jouhnin gave a sort of bitter face but it only lasted seconds as he reached back and grabbed Kristopher's shoulder again, his manicured nails dug into the blonds shoulder with a massive amount of force. " Oh, charming wouldn't be the right word... Come, come Kristopher, sit with us..." he said and pulled the blond back a bit. His sharp nails dug in until the blond turned around to join them. He looked at Shae and with a smile he nodded, " Indeed, Shae... I have heard of the events taking place around this one, I do think some cheering up is in order. And anything to do with you must be cheery." Jouhnin chuckled at that, " Or so I've heard..."

Shaehern kept himself informed about a great many things and he liked to think of himself as observant. Even so, there were levels of lightning shooting between Jouhnin and Kristopher that he was blissfully unaware of. If he considered everything he knew for a brief moment it might occur to him that there was some bad blood between the two of them. A few moment longer or maybe a little bit of research might even uncover the meaning behind it.
However, the analytical and logical Azhrarn mind was currently dulled by more colorful thoughts in the interests of keeping his higher-status guest entertained. His own responsibilities were clear, but he also understood the boy's needs. Had Kristopher managed to escape, then it would have simply reduced the situation to one social factor instead of three.
Regardless, Shaehern Azhrarn whipped together something brilliant in a few moments. Arguably, it could have been said that this had been his plan all along. He nudged a rather large suitcase--it almost looked like a closet with a handle and wheels, out from a nearby hiding place with his toe. His eyes were already picking apart Kristopher and guessing at the boy's measurements. Jou had been a darling and kept the blond here. It worked well.
"I have some darling outfits. If we ignore the eyepatch, then I bet you this boy would look fantastic in a yukata." Truth be told, that would have been a pipe fantasy right there if Shaehern ever smoked. An interest in cross-dressing blonds would have been appropriated to another fellow in the Palace.
With a flick of his heel the wheeling wardrobe opened. Kristopher really had no escape now. "I believe that this might actually be an area of your expertise, Elder Takanami. I've only recently looked into the style, myself." That wonder was thanks to Miriam. After all, Shaehern had to be knowledgeable to keep the girl dressed in her favored styles.
"Perhaps I can even weave a tale or two as we wrap the boy in cloth. I do believe I have a reputation for glibness, but it lends itself well to the art of storytelling, if I am allowed to make such a boast." There was almost a skip to Shaehern's step as he turned and started fishing garments out of the wardrobe. One way or another, Kristopher was doomed to be fabulous.
It was probably the least horrifying pronouncement made on him in the boy's recent history.

Maybe it was Jou or maybe it was Kristophers infamous survival instincts, which ever the case maybe, he found his legs directing him into a large comfy chair and plopping into it. Why bother to try and escape two very flamboyant Boogies when you know you just couldn't win? The blond closed his green eye and let out a sigh as his thin hands rested upon his bony knees.
However, the blond perked up a bit then. "Events?" He echoed with a bit of confusion in his voice. He had that nagging feeling that these two overtly gay boogiemen knew what had happened to him when he himself did not! Oh what a shameful event that would be---however if he could learn what he was wanting to know, "What events have past that would warrant me to be cheered?" Other then the fact that he had died, he had known that much or rather felt it. But he still did not understand the reasons behind his ressurection and death, let alone to why his gifted eye was removed.
Looking up at Jouhnin with great expectation he was taken by surprise at the sounds of something on the move. His attention now turned towards Shae and the suitcase--no trunk--that had suddenly been magically produced by Sheahern. Where in the seven hells did Shae pull that from? Certainly, he didn't pull that out of his ass---or did he?
Kristopher had no idea what to say to it, so he contuined to stare, until the word 'yukata' came from the man's lips. Now Kristopher had no idea what fashion was let alone foreign fashions. However, his fiancee was Augusta and that boy was always dressed in fancy attire when in the company of his master. He remembered that Augusta had tired to teach him kimono styles that came from Japan. He couldn't remember why Augusta had other then maybe Kristopher asked about it, but he quite clearly remembered what a yukata was known to be.
He stared at the case as if it might try to feast upon his flesh at any moment. A Yukata was a kimono that females wore and only females. Usually it was worn for the summer or special occasions. The blond man was not a cross dresser by any means and hated cross dressing with a passion! He never wore a piece of feminine clothing in his life and he wasn't about to start now!
"Yukata's are for women!" He declared with shock, also remembering Zeke wearing one when he met up with him one time. "I do not wear women's clothing either." He stated as he looked between the two men in shock. "I just came to talk, not to play dress up." Why did he have the feeling that his words were about to be ignored?
