Augusta wasn't really one for swimming, but tonight was a relaxing night. Unlike the day before when it was gloomy and rainy, tonight was nice. The sky was clear and the air was chilly but not enough to really bother anyone.
Augusta stood, knee-deep in the water of the pool. He didn't care if a boogie found him and got angry. He was relaxing, and no boogie was going to stop him of that. He splashed some water u into his face and shook his now soaked hair. He shook his head and sprayed water and then chuckled at his reflection, since all his black hair was spiky and looked really dumb.
He used his palm to rub his hair back down and then smiled. He wished he had a real swimsuit like he did back home. Right now he was just swimming in his boxers, which would have been bad if Kristopher was here, who new what that cunning little monster would have done...

Aione didn't know why she was wandering the grounds at night. Normally, the redhead wouldn't dare go out in the dark. But tonight, well, she needed to get out of her room. She'd climbed out of the window and down a tree...dripping with irony, ne? Now the window is how I escape... The voice in her head laughed, and Ai kept down the path. She didn't feel like ignoring it now.
The sound of splashing caught her off guard and made the girl jump. She glanced towards some water, reflected in the moonlight, and blinked. I'm not near the beach, so it must be the pool. Aione paused, then gasped as she saw the figure in the water. It was a bit difficult to recognize him with his hair messed up, but when it was flattened he looked all to familiar. Ai smiled, trotting over to the moon-lit water.
Aione leaned against the fence that surrounded the pool-grounds, her silver eyes gleaming an odd diamond-color in the lighting. "I thought humans weren't allowed in the pool, Augusta-kun..." She whispered, partly because she didn't want to get caught. The other part was to see if she could scare the unsuspecting boy.

Augusta was blocking out the world, just standing in the pool, he was unaware of Aione's presence until she said something and he snapped his head around to look at her. A smile crept up his pale face, which was even more ale in the moonlight.
"I thought humans weren't allowed in the pool, Augusta-kun..."
Augy beamed, " Yeah, but have you ever known me to follow the rules Aione-chan?" he said happily and then disappeared under the water. He swan along the bottom of the pool before coming back up by the edge. He put his arms on the edge and lifted himself up a bit, showing off that horrifically scared chest of his.
" So, what brings you to my humble presence Aione-chan?" he asked, with a smile, which was odd, since the last time he was with Aione, him smiling was really rare.

Dammit, didn't scare him. Inner Ai pouted. Aione's smile brightened as she saw Augusta was smiling too. It was true, last time they had spoken, Augy barley ever smiled. She was happy to see he was a bit warmer now, if only a little. Quietly, Ai opened the gate and walked over to the water's edge. She sat, her legs hanging over into the cold water.
"True. I should have known." she chuckled, then paused at the scars on his chest. Her heart skipped a couple beats, then settled. Inner Ai mused. You knew he's got those injuries. Why does it bother you? Aione ignored herself. Her thoughts were bugging her more than usual. It bugged her more when a honest answer didn't come to mind.
Thankful for a distraction, Ai shrugged. "I guess I didn't want to stay cooped up. To much is going on to get any sleep..." her smile lessened a bit, then returned to it's old silly look. "...but that's not important. What have you been up to, Augusta-kun? I haven't seen yuo in a while." Her inner voice sighed. Just because you avoid it, doesn't mean you're not thinking abot it.

"I guess I didn't want to stay cooped up. To much is going on to get any sleep...but that's not important. What have you been up to, Augusta-kun? I haven't seen you in a while."
Augy chuckled, " Nothing much really..." he said and shook his head, purposely spraying a bit of water at Aione. " But I have been hearing some crazy rumors..." he said and swam over to were he was sitting right in front of her. he sat there for awhile, uncomfortably close, but he hid his broken hand from her view. All she would see is his scared chest and back, (which were ripped by the way, from fighting boogies) which she had seen before.
He let a cunning smile climb up his lips, " something about a rebellion..." oh, Augusta was such a mean person, he really shouldn't. But it was so... tampting. And really, when you see a friend for the first time in a long time, playing a little joke is normal. Right?
As Augy dipped under the water, he reached up and grabbed the red-heads hips and pulled her under the water with him. The water wasn't horrible so he opened his eyes to look at her, she was gonna kill him for what he did, but he was funny. And when he came u out of the water he was laughing so hard he was almost to the point of drowning.

Aione's well-known curiosity suddenly peaked at the mention of rumors. "Oh? What kind of rumors?" Her diamond eyes wide, she leaned in to hear what Augy was saying a bit clearer. Of course she leaned back when he got closer. And she could see his bare chest...her face went the same color as her hair in barely a second. She didn't even notice Inner Ai laughing her ass off in the corner of her mind. Been a while since this had happened...and WAY to freakin' close, baka!!
"Rebellion?" The color drained from Ai's face a bit to quickly. But before she had to chance to speak, she felt herself getting dragegd under the cold water. Shocked, she lost her air a bit to quickly and stared, wide-eyed, at Augusta. Then common sense kicked in and she scrambled back to the surface, coughing a bit and shivering. Her blue nightgown was soaked, as was she. Aione glared at Augusta, but it looked like a lamb trying to glare at something.
"That-cough-wasn't funny, teme!" she stammered, watching him laugh. Raising one arm, she rammed it into the water and gave the megane a splash in the face. She tried to keep on her serious face, but soon she was laughing too.

"That-cough-wasn't funny, teme!"
Augusta hadn't had this much fun in ages. It had been a long time since he had laughed and joked around with people. Sure girls generally liked him and played games with him, and the little kids loved getting piggy-back rides and such. But he was having fun. Real fun.
Augusta was too busy laughing to see Aione splash water at him, he coughed and rubbed his eye, still laughing, " oww!" he said loudly and swam over and grabbed her, " But I'm sorry" he said and held her, he chuckled.
" You look freezing! Lets fix that!" he said and tried to dunk her again. " Nobody messes with Augy!! I'm all powerful!!" he said and he wrestled with her.

"you're not sorry in the least..." the redhead humphed, crossing her arms over her chest. Damn wind was freezing enough without the water. And Augy still laughing made her face heat even more. She'd never seen him so happy, and it made her happy too. Maybe I'm an empath... Ai shrugged, then splashed a bit more at Augusta, giggling like a little kid.
Of course getting dunked again was not what she wanted. Aione swerved from Augusta's hold and splashed him again, then proceded to dive under the water and out of sight. Her blue clothing helped her to blend right in...minus the red hair...and she was able to get right behind him. Ai lunged at him, latching like a koala cub, and tackled both of them into the icy water.
She was laughing as soon as her head broke the surface. "All powerful nothing! Fear the power of Aione!"
