Music echoed through the old theme park-carnival, known as The Fun House, to the humans. To the boogies it was nothing more then a rats nest where the humans went to hide or talk about whatever humans speak about. The said park lighted up the sky with its old florescent and neon lights that where attached to the working and non-working rides that moved with or without humans. Giggles filled the air as little children ran about from ride to ride, trying to forget their troubles. But those giggles would not last long as a cane stuck out through a shadow and promptly hitting a smaller child in the temple with such force that the sick cracking of a skull echoed through the night. It could be that very crack or perhaps the mere sight of a six year old child hit the ground, dead, that sent everyone running into the nearest rat hole they could find. The cane that ended the life of a child hit the pavement, the body of a boogie stepped out of the shadows, stepping on the body of the child as if it was a red carpet that was rolled out just for his visit. The dark haired boogie adjusted his dark tailored shirt and his dark trench coat with fur lining, inside and out. Once he was adjusted, he stepped off the child easily and as he did so a black beast leaped from the shadow in which the boogie had emerged from only moments before. The dark beast circled around his master with eagerness. “Very well,” said the boogie in a soft voice, “do as you please, though if I call for you, you best come to be swiftly.” With a flick of his hand, the black leopard took off in a dead sprint, and disappeared into the darkness after jumping over a fence that surrounded the Merry-go-around. Moments later, a scream erupted through the darkness, although it did not phase the black haired boogie who now walked the opposite direction in search of a human. He had business to attend to, and a but of snooping as well. He walked through the empty play land, boots clacking and cane tapping as he moved. Every so often, his cane would tap against a wall, the ground, a figure and a ride. He appeared to be looking for something. Perhaps, an entrance f or a hide out? Or maybe, a frightened child that would suddenly drat out in front of him? Thus far, his true intentions have yet to be seen.

A frightened child indeed. Terrence had fallen asleep under one of the many rides, as he did a lot of lately. He was losing energy.. His small body was still growing, but it was obviously getting weaker. He was pretty sure he had gotten smaller here also.
The blue haired boy did not see the six year old get hit with the cane or the other children run off. What awoke him was a fit of coughing. As he stood from under the ride up to go find a place with cleaner air, he walked out into the path of a much taller boogie. Terrence stopped as he saw the boogie and looked up silently, his large puppy dog eyes staring up at the boogie.

Anolean went at an easy pace as he checked certain areas of the Fun House. But much to his displeasure, he could not locate a human yet. But that seemed to have changed and his displeasure went from that to horror as he looked down to see a small boy standing in front of him. Shocked at first, he raised his cane and probably smashed his cane into the child’s skull, thinking it a much younger child then Terrence really, appearances where indeed deceiving.
A moment later and lifting a possibly red stained cane, he took not the boy was six inches taller then four foot and did not appear to be that of a five year old. He let out a pleased and much relieved sigh. This child was not one of those small ankle biter monsters. A good thing because if he was such, Anolean would of promptly put an end to his life right then and there.
But now, Terrence would have a rather large and possibly bloody lump upon his head. Tisk, he shouldn’t be so short. But that was perhaps out of his control. The dark haired boogie looked at the young Tao carefully. Then tapped him with the side of his cane. “You alive, boy?” He asked with narrowed eyes as if simply touching the boy somehow defiled his cane.
“You best be, I have a few matters in which to speak with you, human.” The human best have some answers for him as well or this night would not be very fun for the boy.

Terrence looked up as he saw the boogie swing the cane towards his head. He yelped out as he moved, the cane hit his arm instead. He landed on his bottom as he grabbed his arm and flinched. It was probably broken... He looked up at the boogie trembling as he spoke.
Was he alive?! Had the boogie meant to kill him?!
He shook as he muttered, '' Y-Yes. '' The small blue headed boy looked down silently, '' T-Things to t-talk about? '' he asked, mimicking the boogie in his own words. What could the boogie possibly want to ask him about? It wasn't as if Terrence knew much to begin with about this world.
