He wears glasses, since his eyes sight is very poor. He is known to be 'blind as a bat' without his glasses and has run into walls and doors often.

Personality:
Known as 'Mr. Fix-It,' 'The Watchchild,' Or 'The Watchmaker,' Augusta is a double-sided fellow. To most of Wonderland, he's a emotionless prick that finds happiness in being the handy-man of Wonderland. But to a few others, he is completely different. To those few people he is over emotional and easy-to-frighten. To those few people, he is a messed up kid, trying to put on the face of an emotionless and mature adult. He suffers from Post-traumatic Stress Disorder health.google.com/health/ref/Post-traumatic+stress+disorder, a minor case of Asperger Syndrome health.google.com/health/ref/Asperger+syndrome, and Borderline Personality Disorder health.google.com/health/ref/Borderline+personality+disorder.
Sure Augusta is very mature for his age, but he cries easily and is very dramatic and cocky. He is also very intelligent, he holds up an IQ of 138, which on the normal IQ Scale, falls in the range of 'Very Superior Intelligence' and bordering on 'Genius.' While a normal persons IQ falls around a 90 - 109, it is easy to tell that Augusta is defiantly the son of a successful business man. His intelligence and superb ability to 'work with his hands' is probably why Augusta fell into his hobby with watches. He claims ' that working with machines makes him feel safe, that a machine will never hurt or stab-you-in-the-back' but he does have a knack for making watches. Not only does he know every step by heart, but he finds watches to be 'works of art' and handles them with more care then a baby bird.
When it comes to befreinding or loving Augusta, that's were things get complicated. Not only is Augusta two-faced, but he has a fiery temper, which rages on the daily basis. And besides his temper, he is not in his 'right mind.' So to speak. Going in mental breakdowns is normal for Augusta, the verbal abuse he gained as a young child effected his mind in such a severe manner, that when he fails at something it's devastating. The pressure to 'be perfect' he got from hs mother and father twisted his head. Not only does he avoid social interaction because the thought scares him, but that he respects very few, and trusts very few because of all the times he has been hurt by someone he cares about.
His Boogie doesn't help either, Jouhnin Takanami s a rich and powerful Boogie with many useful social ties. Not only is he flaming gay, but is NOT one to step on the heels of. He twists his slaves minds to get what he wants from them, Augusta being one of the poor souls. Since Jouhnin raised Augusta almost like a father Jouhnin is the only Boogie Augusta trusts, and therefor gives Jouhnin an easy tool to control him.

How Their Life Is / Was
[/color]Father: Édouard Deol Davingoun ( Owner and President of a multi-billion dollar Banking Company ) Clickie
Mother: Joséphine Anne Davingoun (Currently in Prison) Clickie
Sibling: [Brother] Devonti Deol Davingoun (presumed dead) Clickie
History:
Unlike most people in Wonderland, Augusta grew up in a rich family. High-class and proper, the Davingoun's were a pleasant French family, who could buy out even the richest Americans. And still can.
Édouard Davingoun is 100% french descendant, and went to one of the best academies in the world, which is were he met his future wife, Joséphine. After their marriage, Édouard's families bank soared to new heights. Édouard was a child-prodigy and when he got control of his families banking company, he turned it into a banking empire. 'Jaunes Porte Bancaires' (Golden Door Banking) became an internationally known bank, with large banks all over Europe and Asia, the Davingoun's were quickly becoming ' Bank Tycoons.'
On July 3rd, the rich couple had a son. In which they named Augusta after their favorite month August. The couple believed that having a son would 'turn over a new leaf' for them, so they named him after the fall, a season of changing leaves.
The problem was, since Édouard was the president and owner of the bank, he had to travel often, and rarely got to see his wife and son. He had business associates in China, Japan, Russia, Switzerland, UK, Germany, Spain, etc. And so he was gone for weeks at a time. To his wife, this was horrible. Her love for Édouard was fading, and so she found both mental and physical love in other men. The young Augusta, being two at the time, was not dumb. Because this boy was also a child prodigy, and when many different men came to the house. The boy knew something was off.
Soon Augusta's mother met a very charming Japanese man named, Katashi. And, son enough, she was pregnant with another son. Katashi was unaware of it, so he returned to Japan unaware. While Augusta's mother, claimed it was her husbands child. The DNA testing proved otherwise. This is when things went bad for Augusta. Édouard, being wrathful towards his wife, would abuse her. After she gave birth to the bastard child, the beatings got worse.
When Édouard went on a 2 week trip to Germany, she decided to have yet another affair. She gave watch of Devonti to Augusta, and being only 3, Augusta was unaware of how to take care of a child. When he was giving the baby a bath, he slipped and hit his head on the beautiful marble counter, knocking him out for an hour. When the police arrived, the couldn't find the child, only Augusta lying on the floor. The authorities presumed the baby dead.
Joséphine was convinced that Augusta had murdered the child out of jealousy. And so she blamed him for it, calling him names and abusing him verbally. She knew better then to hit him, so she would constantly call him 'worthless' and such. Being only four years old, Augusta took this to heart, and after being called a worthless child, he began to believe it.
Augusta was going to turn five soon, and one night, his mother came in, knife-in-hand. She said ' you have no right to live in my house, you good-for-nothing brat!' as she tried to attack him. A maid came in, only to get stabbed, but it gave Augusta enough time to rush to his closet. When he got in he tried to pull the door closed, but his mother was at the door. When his mother threw the door open, Augusta felt the darkness of his closet pull him down, as his father ran into the room. Augusta was gone, missing, and Joséphine was sent to a maximum security prison in the United States for life, with no chance of parole.
In Wonderland, he was raised by a Boogie named Jouhnin Takanami, who is the closest thing to a father Augusta has. Jouhnin allowed Augusta many freedoms most slaves didn't have. He was taught to play piano, and sing, and was allowed to read the vast collection of books Jouhnin owns. And even though Jouhnin is very kind and favors Augusta to a point were Augusta is 'spoiled.' It didn't stop Jouhnin from trying to win the boys affections. Augusta was eighteen when his Boogie raped him, which made him hate Jouhnin for a good year. Jouhnin was devastated and even though he told Augusta he wouldn't ever do it again, Jouhnin has a tendency to lie through his teeth. But despite it all, Augusta was never really the same afterwards
Augusta was sent to the Labyrinth once when he was 11, Augusta starting attacking Boogies around that time, and at first Jouhnin punished him for it, by sending him there. Augusta has never had a dream or nightmare, but his memories of the Labyrinth do scare him even today. Jouhnin then started letting Augusta beat up Boogies, or rather, fight with them. Because Jouhnin knew he could turn Augusta into his little assassin if Augusta learned to fight on his own. Even though Augusta has never killed before, Jouhnin plans on having that changed soon.
Augusta has been in Wonderland for 17 years now, he was been the handy-man for quite some time and is very popular with younger children. Mostly because he fixes the rides at The Fun House very often. He is someone who takes the beatings for small children, and fights for them, he is more of the 'brave heroic' type and only wishes to keep the younger defenseless children safe.

Roleplaying Sample:
This was normal. Totally normal. Though maybe not for an average person, but for Augusta this was normal.
All he could hear was a ringing in his ears for a second before he could slowly open his eyes. He blinked a few times trying to regain his eyesight, but realized he was missing his glasses. Wait-- How did he end up like this? How did he end up sprawled on the ground in the orchard, with a long slice on the side of his face and and sprained wrist? Along with all the other various cuts and bruises.
Oh right... he got into another fight with a Boogie. He know he broke the monsters jaw, but all he could remember was that, not how he got here all beat up. He tried to reach into his pocket for his glasses but he felt a horridly sharp pain run through his arm. " A--ah!" he yelped and used his other hand, the one without a sprain wrist. He slipped the glasses on the bridge of his nose, and that's when he fond the slice on the side of his face. He ran two fingers over it, and he noticed that it stretched from under his eyes down to his shoulder. He was amazed by now, and he tried to sit up.
He looked around, he was in the orchard, and his was missing his shirt, most likely from fighting. He looked himself over, making sure that his wrist was the worst of his injuries. It was, thank god. Then he sighed, Kristopher was going to lecture him or something, maybe he would avoid the blond for now. He couldn't avoid him forever, but maybe for a little bit.
" How do I get myself into situations like this?" he asked as he looked around. Maybe he could ask for-- now way in hell was he asking for help. When he wasn't around Kris, Augusta was bland, emotionless and anti-social. So it would be so unlike him and completely out of character for him to ask for help. Plus, who would help him anyway? Nobody that's for sure.
