He wasn't really sure what had happened but he had a pretty good idea. The young blond had been told to stay away from the North Wing and to go to the Fun House. And that was where Kristopher would be at during the time of the rebel attack.
Funny how plans just don't seem to work out.
Kristopher had indeed started to leave the South Wing ten minutes before the attack and he only made it past the front door before he had been summoned. And once he had been summoned it was rather impossible for him to escape. He had sighed deeply and started to the North Wing to see what was needed of him. He never made it to his Master's room, the attack happened right when he arrived in the North Wing.
Everything had happened so fast and the only thing Kristopher could do was watch, until the first person fell. The blond no longer cared what was going on and he went straight to the first human to fall. A young boy no older then fifteen. Kristopher stayed in the battle zone, helping the injured, trying to pull them out of the fight to help them. He easily lost track on what was going on, especially the fire and the action around him.
He never saw the boogie that came behind him, the last thing he saw was the horrified look of the girl he was trying to tend too. Then darkness over came him. He woke up hours later in this small cell he was currently in. He was by himself, there where other people in the dungeon with him, but no one he recognized.
The blond sat on the cold ground, unable to full stand due to the limited amount of space in his cell. His white shirt was stained crimson of the blood of others, he smelled of smoke and looked very worn. On the side of his head was a line of dried blood, apparently from a head wound, which would explain why he could remember nothing.
He sighed softly and leaned against the cold bars. "Why the hell am I in here for?" He muttered to himself, green eyes scanning the area for Augusta and any other he might know. But he saw no one.

Down the winding stairways, and through the dark corridors. It was strange, the being making its way down the halls of the palace. Not strange because of what it was doing, but because of what it was. The being was a human, one of the very few left to freely roam the palace. Why? Because Kyle had done something that absolutely no one could have anticipated. Whilst the other humans were causing chaos and burning boogies, Kyle was busy doing the opposite. At least a dozen humans had tried to come after his mistress, and every one of them he'd taken care of. Sure he'd gotten a broken nose, bloody lip, and a few stab wounds, but that didn't matter. Nobody messed with Miss Nae without going through him first, and that was no easy matter.
Currently he was making his way to the dungeon, where he'd heard his brother was being kept. He knew damn well Kris hadn't been any part of this, at the very least he would have been helping some injured kid. No, he knew who's fault it was, just as he knew who's fault tonight was. He'd warned Augusta about what would happen if he pulled something like this, but it seemed he'd been entirely ignored. Whats worse was that his warnings to keep them away from Miss Nae had been ignored as well, and he'd been forced to intervene. Now he was going to have to intervene again, to break his brother out.
Kyle gripped the bars, gritting his teeth as he glared into the dank cell. Inside sat his baby brother, and innocent bystander of the nights madness. "Are you alright Kris?" At the moment all he was concerned with was his brother's well being. The next step would of course be the breakout.

Kristopher brought his knees up to his chest and put his arms over them. He wondered how long he was going to be in here for until he was cleared to get out. He hoped he wouldn't be in here for very long, he would end up with cramped muscles if that was the case. The blond boy sighed softly and tilted his head back against the bars, closing his eyes.
He thought about going to sleep for the time being. But the sounds of someone coming down the walkway of the dungeon kept him from sleeping. Although he did not open his eyes, he merely listened to the sounds. When the feet stopped moving, he knew someone was at his cage. Slowly he opened his green eyes to see who it was standing there.
"Are you alright Kris?"
His green eyes locked onto his older brothers brown orbs. His eyes seemed to be glaring into the darkness. The younger Roberts shifted his position as best he could and put a hand on the bars, looking at the other now with a soft smile.
"I'm fine." He said softly, "Just a bit of a head wound, but nothing too terribly bad." He chuckled lightly then and tilted his head slowly. "What is going on, Kyle?" Kristopher asked slowly, confusion crossing his pale features. Kristopher was kept in the dark about the Rebels. Augusta never told him anything about them, all Kris knew was what the rumors spoke of and nothing more.

"I'm fine. Just a bit of a head wound, but nothing too terribly bad."
Despite Kris's reassurances he frowned, sticking his arm through the bars and grabbing his brother by the chin. He then turned his head, parting the blonde locks with the fingers of his other hand. What he was doing was checking his brother's wounds, making sure that he wasn't hurt too badly. Sure Kris was the one with the medical training, but he couldn't very well see the side of his own head now could he? After several minutes he released the boy from his scrutiny, dropping his hands and removing one from the cage, leaving the other on the blonde's shoulder.
"What is going on, Kyle?"
A grimace crossed his face, and the look in his eyes showed that he was far from a happy man at the moment. "That damn boyfriend of yours is whats going on. He let those idiots of his loose on the palace. Word is they burned both wings and killed several familiars, boogies, and 'pets'."He gritted his teeth together, a low growl coming form his throat. "I Warned him what would happen. The humans that weren't killed are either hiding somewhere or in here. They've even locked up some that had nothing to do with it." Squeezing Kris shoulder the grimace turned into a small, pained frown. "But what the hell are you doing in here Kris?"

The brother blinked for a moment as his head was tilted by the chin and the elder checked the wound. The said wound wasn't too bad and it had stopped bleeding a few hours ago. The wound itself looked worse then it actually was, or so it seemed anyways. "I said I was fine, Kyle. I'm not bleeding or anything. All I have is a small headache." He pulled back when Kyle let go and faced his brother again.
He did not look thrilled at all, once again Kristopher was confused.
"That damn boyfriend of yours is whats going on. He let those idiots of his loose on the palace. Word is they burned both wings and killed several familiars, boogies, and 'pets'.
And the confusion just build up even more, "Is he alright? What about him? What idiots? I'm sorry Kyle but I don't understand what you are getting at...I mean...he wouldn't do rash things. I know he has a quick temper and he can be rather...overly emotional...on somethings. You're making it sound like he is apart of...that 'group'." The blond paused then, studing his brothers face. He did not say Rebels because saying that here could be bad on so many levels and he didn't want to chance getting into trouble or putting anyone into it.
"I Warned him what would happen. The humans that weren't killed are either hiding somewhere or in here. They've even locked up some that had nothing to do with it."
"Killed? I knew there was a fire and everything but I had no idea what started it...how many...died?" Kristopher asked, suddenly feeling very small. He had been unable to help anyone it seemed. Kristopher never liked the idea of death, he always tried to cheat death by saving others. But now he was merely confused, shocked and uncertain on what to think. "What started the fire?" It couldn't of been Augusta. Kris knew he hated boogies but really...he wasn't that crazy to do something like this...right?
"But what the hell are you doing in here Kris?"
He felt his brothers hold and he looked back at Kyle, a bit embarrassed. "Erm, I was summoned by Sin. But I didn't make it there really...the time I got to the North Wing, all hell broke loose. I tried to stay out of the main area and well, I went to help the ones that where hurt I wasn't supposed to be in the North Wing. I was told to go to the Fun House area but like I said, I was called." He paused a moment. "Do you know if that person is alright? The one I was helping before...well, before whatever nailed me in the head." Asked Kristopher carefully, his green eyes looking to his left and then to his right.

"I said I was fine, Kyle. I'm not bleeding or anything. All I have is a small headache."
Kyle just gave him his infamous look. He knew very well that Kris wasn't bleeding or horribly hurt, but he was still worried. That was his job, as the big brother and head of the family worrying about the other two was what he did. Not a day went by that he wasn't concerned for one of them. "I know your not bleeding Kris, but that doesn't mean you don't have a concussion. A blow to the head can do serious damage, especially to you." Kris might have been the educated one, but his brother knew a few things as well. More than once he'd had to treat himself and Sarah for such things, mostly received from their good for nothing parents.
"Is he alright? What about him? What idiots? I'm sorry Kyle but I don't understand what you are getting at...I mean...he wouldn't do rash things. I know he has a quick temper and he can be rather...overly emotional...on somethings. You're making it sound like he is apart of...that 'group'. Killed? I knew there was a fire and everything but I had no idea what started it...how many...died?"
He didn't know, obviously Augusta hadn't told him. That just pissed Kyle off even more, the fact that Augusta thought he was too high and mighty to even trust his own boyfriend. That wasn't the case of course, but it was in Kyle's mind. "He's fine Kris, most likely he's sitting back in his little hidey hole right now. They started the fires, the idiots were attacking the boogies. Needless to say it didn't work. They should have known better than to think they could tangle with the boogies head on. As for how many died..." He paused his tirade of a moment, sighing as the memory of seeing the burnt or mangled corpses came back to him. When he finally found the will to continue, his voice had dropped by quite a noticeable amount. "I don't know how many. But far too many in any case." Looking his brother in the eyes, it was obvious that the knowledge pained him a great deal. "Now let's get you out of here" Pulling a small piece of twisted metal from his pocket he knelt down, sticking it into the keyhole of the door and screwing it about.
"Erm, I was summoned by Sin. But I didn't make it there really...the time I got to the North Wing, all hell broke loose. I tried to stay out of the main area and well, I went to help the ones that where hurt I wasn't supposed to be in the North Wing. I was told to go to the Fun House area but like I said, I was called. Do you know if that person is alright? The one I was helping before...well, before whatever nailed me in the head."
The boy didn't say a word, his attention fixated on the task at hand. He'd expected that Kris had been up to something of the sort, the boy was always doing what he could to help out, even if it put him in harms way by doing so. He was a selfless individual most times, something Kyle couldn't confess to being. Still, when Kris spoke those last words he had to stop, looking up at the boy. To be honest he wasn't sure. He had found a girl lying in the hallway near where Kris was supposed to have been, but he wasn't sure if that was the person Kris was talking about. Still, he wasn't about to give the boy any bad news. He gave him a weak smile, before turning back to his work. "Their fine Kris, I made sure to get them down to the hospital." He was lying, but that was beside the point. The older Roberts didn't make another move until he heard the satisfying click from within the lock.

To this, Kristopher let out a small sigh and sat back as best he could. He shook his blond head slowly. He wasn't really sure what to make of everything. But his brother wouldn't lie to him over something like this would he? "Why didn't he just tell me?" He asked to no one in particular.
The blond blinked a few times at his brothers last statement. "Get me out? How would you do---oh." He stopped his sentence midway as he noticed the piece of twisted metal. "W-wait, I'm innocent you know. They might just let me out, I mean Madam knows I wouldn't do anything like that and I couldn't fight a boogie anyways. The worst I could do is cough on them." Kristopher put his hands on the bars and held onto them, watching his brother. "Wouldn't me escaping give them a reason to think I did something?"
He then raised his blond head to look around as best he could. The other humans where watching them from their own holdings. "Erm...there staring..." Kris mutterd mostly to himself. "You are going to get in trouble if you get caught down here, Kyle. Especially with you tickering on my--Sin will get angry..." Why did he even bother? It was pointless to argue with Kyle. It really was...
"Their fine Kris, I made sure to get them down to the hospital."
"That's good then."
A pause. Wait, did he just fear something?
"Hey Kyle. Did you, bring someone with you?" He asked carefully. His green eyes looking down the role of trapped individuals but he could see nothing, but his ears picked up the sound of footsteps.

Kristopher had good hearing to be sure...those were footsteps tapping closer to him and Kyle. There was a sudden chuckle from the cell beside Kristopher's, there appeared to be someone with the face mainly covered up by ragged and burnt clothing, they looked like one of the escaped rebels from the fire in the North Wing. The chuckle turned briefly into almost hysterical laughter. Whoever this was really had problems.
"You really think you're going to get out of here? They won't let you, you'll both go down into the Trap and you'll never see daylight!"
The laughter really did become hysterical then as the footsteps drew closer, Sin Dre'vis walked calmly towards Kyle and Kristopher as if he were in no rush to stop the escape attempt...but there was something in his expression and those swirling silver eyes which held such a love for cruelty. He was blocking the only way out, for a change both black wings were outstretched as he drew closer to the pair. The boogie clicked his tongue in disapproval before chuckling.
"Now now, you really think we wouldn't notice a human wandering down to the dungeons? Honestly, you really do need to think things through better."
