Anolean Ezel was not a very happy man today, not at all he had a very rough day and today, he found out that one of the slaves had escaped from their cell. And not just any slave, it was one of his sisters, or was and he was not thrilled. Even if the slave was cleared, he would still be raging like he was now.
So, he did the only thing that he knew would get him answers. Questioning other humans, one of them being the elder brother to the escaped slave. He had him called down an hour ago and Anolean was taking his sweet time getting there, plotting and debating what he should do. What he should ask.
The pale boogie had a lot of questions and many of them would be answered tonight, or else it would get very hairy for the human in a way he did not want, he was sure.
Anolean waled down the halls of the prison, he ignored all other humans he past by. His goal was down in the lower levels and thus he had gone down four stair cases and hanged a right. There was a door there at the end of the hall. A large copper colored on, this is where his victim would be. Pausing to adjust his dark coat and nod to his familiar to stay put, he entered the room.
"Kyle Roberts, I presume." The cold hearted boogie stated as he started at the only human in the room, his hand locking the door behind him.

Anolean wasn't the only one in a foul mood, his quarry was as well. Kyle had been standing in the darkened room for quite some time now, hands clasped behind his back as he stared a hole in the door. He was fairly certain of why he'd been called down to what could only be described as a cell, Kris had gone missing. He'd had some small part in that of course, being the one who had broken his little brother out of prison, but as he hadn't been imprisoned yet he figured it was a relatively unknown fact.
The boy didn't say a word, merely remained silent as the man entered the room. He knew who he was, having seen him with his mistress several times. This was her twin brother, Anolean. To be honest he wasn't particularly surprised to see him here, though he had figured they'd send one of the less prominent boogies to deal with such a trivial matter. But then, Kris had been Miss Nae's slave, just as Kyle was, and so it did make a good deal of sense that her brother would be the one handling such matters. Or maybe it was just that nobody else wanted to do it. Who knew?
When the man addressed him he remained impassive, eyes locked forward like a good slave. "That is correct sir." It always paid to be polite to the boogies, even if you weren't of a mind for it. All it took was the slightest slip to set many of them off, at which point you wouldn't get a second chance. And besides, he'd always been the obedient one, well almost always, so what reason did he have to change now? His only part in the rebellion was to bring about the death of one boogie and one boogie alone, beyond that he was clean as could be.

Anolean looked at the brown haired human for a moment, "Mm." Was all that came out of his mouth for a moment. He was busy mentally, trying to figure out what he could learn from this human, if anything at all. He didn't seem very bright really, at least to him...then again no human was truly bright.
So, he stood still, holding his cane in front of his long, lean body. Tilting his head to the side slightly as if that would answer a question in itself. "I'll get to the point," Said the boogie. "A slave is missing, related to you. He was to be questioned further on certain matters. Plus, I am curious about you." Said the boogie as he then moved about the room, coming up to Kyle, he tapped him with his thick cane.
"Apparently, you stayed with my sister during the attack and the fire. Now why would a human do that for a boogie? I wonder, what is in it for you?" Surely the boy had other motives no human did it because they wanted too. He had to have been hiding something, something of interest. A secret that could enlighten Anolean.
"Explain."

Kyle remained silent and still as the boogie looked him over, not wanting to do anything to stir him up. To be honest all he wanted was for this to be over so he could go back to the room he lived in. He couldn't really call it home anymore, not now that he was forced to live there all alone. For the most part he stayed away as long as he could, just to avoid having to go there and remember.
Ah. There it was. He'd been right in his assumption of what he was here for, now he was going to have to guess as to just how much the man wanted to know. Of course he'd never find out all of it, but the less he wanted out of Kyle the easier things would be. However the man had yet to ask him anything, so there was no knowing. And since he couldn't quite figure out how to politely ask what the hell he wanted to know, he decided to just remain silent. It was certainly alot better than getting beaten with that cane he was packing.
What was in it for him? Now here was an interesting question. He'd never once thought of such a thing, not even after all the chaos. He was simply doing what came natural to him, protecting those he deemed worthy of his protection. Little did he know how much it would surprise Anolean, but he was actually very fond of his mistress. "I know of no way that I might benefit from my actions, I was merely doing my duty. As my mistress' slave it is my duty first and foremost to ensure no harm comes to her. Personal interests come only after my duty to her is done" A bit long winded but that was the whole of it. Brother or no he didn't like this boogie's accusation that he'd only protected his mistress to gain something from it. Her twin ought to know that Miss Nae rarely played favorites.

The pale boogie thought on this for a long moment and chuckled lightly, "Is that so?" He asked slyly as he tapped his cane on the floor lightly. Letting the sound echo through the room at an easy pace like that of a clock.
"You being dutiful to a Master that has no care for you, no love, no compassion. I find that hard to believe you would protect her from harm. I know fully well that she does to you out of anger for her lose of the blond brother you have and how she goes into a rage without him. You are nothing more then her scratching post."
His pale eyes rested on him, burning holes into the boys body, "Do not lie to me, I do not like lying." He paused then, "However, I care little for what you have done for her and more so on what you will be doing. Such as, telling me where your brother is, Naelona misses him so, as much as I do." He chuckled, "He is missing, as well as the dark haired boy he was caught with doing the tango. So, let's make a deal."
The boogie said, suddenly stopping the tapping of his cane, peering down at Kyle carefully. "You tell me what I want to know, and I won't beat your ass into the ground, or more. How's that?" He stated simply, his gaze never leaving the human that sat before him.
Waiting for his answer, the cane started to tap once again in a soft rythum.

The boy just listened to him as he ranted on. It was obvious at this point that the man didn't like him, for whatever reason that might be. At first he'd thought that it was merely some sibling bond, that he distrusted anyone so close to his sister. But no, the man was quite obviously deeply prejudiced against him.
It seemed that it was now his turn to speak, though he doubted it would do much good. "I have no knowledge of where my brother is, nor where Augusta might be. I haven't seen Augusta in quite some time, and the last time I saw Kristopher was after the attack when i was ordered to bring food to the prisoners." A lie, but only a small one. His lack of knowledge was indeed the truth, he had absolutely no clure where they might be. Augy wasn't an idiot, even if he made quite a few idiotic decisions. By now he'd most likely moved his little clubhouse elsewhere, so as to hide the rebel's whereabouts should any 'traitors' like Kyle let anything slip.
Several quiet moments passed, in which Kyle began wondering why everyone was so keen to find Kris. This man seemed wholly intent on discovering the blondes whereabouts. Had he done something? "Sir, I do not know why you are so concerned with my brother, but if he has done something wrong, then I asked that I be punished in his stead." If he could spare his brother some pain, then he didn't mind taking it himself. It wasn't like he'd never endured such things before, he'd spent his whole life on the receiving end of what could only be described as torture. A few more scars certainly wouldn't show.
