The Rebel Hideout was full of the depressed, lonely and grieving. But there were four or fives rooms on either side of the large underground cavern. Most of the rooms were for the people getting their injuries taken care of or resting. But one room, with a very old and dusty piano, and a fireplace (odd how it was underground and had a fireplace, there must have been a ventilation shaft through the soft earth up to the surface). But in that room was the leader of the disaster.
There was an rusty four-post bed next to the fireplace and the Rebel leader was on the floor, his injured knee (the one that was always messed up) pulled up against his chest and his other lg laid stretched out on the ground. Half of his face was slightly burned, along with other spots along his arms, back and shoulders. His face was covered in a bit of soot and his knee was both painful from being cut but also from having a wooden beam on top of it during the fire.
Piper had been in here earlier, and even though she didn't mention Kristopher, there was no need.
Nobody had seen him, and this made Augy very, very upset. So he was sitting against the bed on the stone floor, staring into the flames of the fire for hours now, it must have been a day now. It felt like forever. He was worried, but he knew he couldn't do anything...
Not in his current condition.

There was a knock on Augusta's door then, a slow one, one of concern. Then a semi tall man stepped into the room. His blond hair was cut short up to his ears and for a moment, he looked like Kristopher, but that impression was quickly fixed by the state of the mans attire, and how he presented himself with stubble on his chin.
He stood there in the door way, letting the light poor into the room for a moment. "Sir," The man known as Adam said as he looked at Augusta carefully. "Um..." He seemed for a moment to be at a lose of words and then shook his head. He took a small step into the room and pondered if he should come back later but knowing his duties, he figured that would not do and so he sighed softly.
"I'm sorry to bother you, Sir. But I have a message I am supposed to deliver to you and I know this might not be the time for such things." He raised a hand to the back of his head and rubbed it for a moment. "However, I was asked to come here and tell you that 'He has been found'. I don't know who 'he' is, Sir. But that he is being moved to the base. But is that a good idea? Bringing...someone down here? From what I have heard, he isn't one of us. He could get us into trouble..."

The room poor Adam took a step into was very dark except for the fire and only the back of Augusta's head could be seen over the bed. It looked very, depressing in the room, and the light flooding in made the dark-haired man cringe just slightly. But for the time being he didn't turn around. Adam was often a brave soul, venturing into the room when Augusta was not to be messed with.
But this time Augy turned his head just slightly, " He has been found? " he repeated. Amd at first the Rebel Leader didn't understand. Then it hit him like a ton of bricks. For the first time in hours he smiled and pulled himself to his feet. " Adam, I assure you that this man is just as troublesome as any one of us... He's very close to me..." he said this with a tinge of pain as he limped over to a desk next to the bed and sat in the chair in front of it.
Augy put one hand on his recuperating knee and sighed, " Please send him in when he gets here... I... I'm glad you came and told me..." he said and then started to write something down. He doesn't know... well he does now but... I hope he's not angry... geez, of course he's gonna be angry...
He'll be furious...

Adam merely nodded, "If you say so. I just hope he doesn't lead those damn monsters to us. He's been with them since yesterday doing god knows what." Adam shook his golden head for a moment. "But I will send him to you as soon as he arrives." Adam, then left the room.
Augusta would be left in silence for over four hours before the sound of voices could be heard, muffled through the door. It seemed a few people where talking and it was unclear who it was, well, until someone got hit and the sounds of a body hitting the wall near the door was heard. Then, after a moment the door opened.
Then the door closed, "Davingoun." The voice that spoke was that of Kristopher Roberts, however the voice sounded very tired as if he had been worn out from ours of never ending questions and intimate nights.
Kristopher was leaning against the close door, looking no better then Augusta. His blond hair was a mess and stuck in a half ponytail. His clothing smelled of smoke, and spotted with red blood, some of it was his and that of other people. His clothing was even damp and very, very cold. He looked pale and swore.
"I think we need to talk."

Augy had been sitting a the desk for what seemed to be like forever. He didn't want to go out there and face the angry rebels who thought this would be perfect. But he didn't want to stay in here and be a coward. He was utterly torn. But knowing that Kris was okay made him feel a bit more at ease.
Well, somewhat, because he knew the Boogies had him, and he was scared of what they did to him. That and Kris's anger scared him. So when he heard the door open he cringed at the light, like it burned.
"Davingoun. I think we need to talk."
Augy turned in his chair to face Kristopher, he knew what Kris wanted to talk about, that was obvious. But the way the blond looked made the Frenchman hurt inside. He sighed and slowly stood. He limped to the bed and pulled off a blanket. " I... I know..." he said softly, his voice uncertain. He walked up to Kristopher, not too close, but close enough to hand him the blanket, " Your clothes... your going to get sick..." he said, basically wanting the blond to take the blanket and warm up.
He's gonna kick my ass... sure of it...

" I... I know... Your clothes... your going to get sick..."
Kristopher remained leaning on the door, he did not make any motion in removing his damp clothing. He had been in them for a good many hours and he was sure that another hour wasn't going to do anymore damage then what was already done. So, ignoring the blanket, he looked his lover over slowly. A look of irritation touched his features for a moment.
The blond looked very, oh so bery serious. So serious that Augy might have only seen this face once, a long time ago after their first meeting. "You've been lying to me haven't you?" He waited a moment... Ah yes, the ever observant blond speaks and pushes away from the door. Moving away from the dark haired boy and taking a seat in the chair Augy had once been sitting in.
Augy knew he was in trouble, Kristopher hated secrets, especially the ones that would in the run long, deal with him. "I warn you know, Davingoun. I have been questioned and dragged around for the past day. My patience is shot. So you better pick your words. Very. Very. Carefully." It was the only warning the older male was getting from the younger.
Kristopher ran a hand over his eyes and then raised those green eyes to the others black ones.

"You've been lying to me haven't you?"
Augy watched as the blond walked right past him, ignoring his out-stretched arm and taking a seat were he was once seated before. Augusta started to fold up the blanket, letting silence fill the room. He nodded slightly. Yeah, technically he had been lying. And he knew this was bad, the look on the blonds face, the tone of his voice, the fact that Kris wouldn't say his first name, and the very short and sharp sentences were clear indicates of the younger males anger.
"I warn you know, Davingoun. I have been questioned and dragged around for the past day. My patience is shot. So you better pick your words. Very. Very. Carefully."
Augusta turned his dark eyes away from the green ones, he swore if the blond stared at him any harder that the green eyes would carve hole into his skull. Augusta then walked over to the wall, a shadowed area of the room and leaned up against the stone to get the pressure off is knee. " I'm thinking 'sorry' won't cut it this time will it?" he said and sighed, " I mean... there's not much I can say, you already know... it would be illogical for me to tell you again... "

Great, his Fiance was pulling a flippin Spock on him. Damn Trekie. But that was besides the point. Kristopher waited a momen as he leaned forward, putting his bruised elbows on his knees as Augy turned away, folded the blanket and ... for the love of...
" I'm thinking 'sorry' won't cut it this time will it?" he said and sighed, " I mean... there's not much I can say, you already know... it would be illogical for me to tell you again... "
"Christ, get out of the shadows." He hated it when Augy did that, go off to the most shadow covered spot as if that would save him from the blonds wrath. Well, news flash, it doesn't. In fact it just annoys him that Augy thinks himself to be a ninja and able to blend in with the shadows.
"And you didn't tell me because...?" Oh, Kris had a really good idea on the reason, there was many of them actually. "If it was for protection, I can promise you that did me a lot of good." Ah, scarasum. Kris was good at that when he was upset. The young teenager coughed into his fist for a moment and cleared his throat. Damn damp closing, damn cold dungeon, damn boogies, and damn Shaehorn that thought it was a great idea to almost drown his ass for answers.
Did Kris a lot of good, really did. Go Augusta!

"Christ, get out of the shadows."
Augy frowned at that comment, he couldn't help it that when faced with a difficult situation he chose to hide behind something instead of face it, especially when it was Kris, being angry at him. But he did was was told and moved over just slightly to were you could see most of him and he was quiet.
"And you didn't tell me because...? If it was for protection, I can promise you that did me a lot of good."
Augusta sighed again, but kept his gaze to the ground. Sure when it came to physical violence and such he was fine, but when it was relationship or mental problems he always gave in and didn't like to be confronted. He didn't like confrontation at all, even more so when he was being confronted by the brutally blunt Kristopher. " It's not cause I was trying to protect you... just... I can't do this anymore..." he said and looked off to the side, avoiding Kris's hard gaze. " I can't sit here and see these people suffer, watch you suffer from these... these Boogies... I know it's stupid and I might die and... and it's completely out of characters but... I can't stand you coming home like... like that!! Not anymore...!" he said, his voice raising each time he spoke. I'm always afraid you won't come back, and that feeling, knowing you'll always belong to someone else... I can't take it!"
Augy looked back to his feet and ran a hand through his hair. He got his breathing under control and then spoke again, but it was softer. " I hate what I've become, since I killed that Boogie in the market... I'm obsessed. I... the line between me and this other person, this cold killer is very small and... I wasn't thinking... I just wanted them dead... that's it..."

Kristopher listened to his fiance carefully and sighed softly during his speech. How was he to handle this situation? Kristopher merely lowered his head for a moment and lifted his shirt, peeling it over his head and off his body as he spoke. "Like that, I suppose you mean coming home beaten, tired, and when I come home after seeing Master Sin?" Ah yes, Master Sin. Kristopher had finally started calling him that name, he was learning what to do and what not to do with that boogie...for his own health as well as Augusta's.
"And it's not so much out of your character to pull this kind of thing. My big thing is that...I wish you would of told me from the very beginning. I could of helped you, done something to...anything. But you choose to leave me out of it, and I really don't like not being told whats going on, other to come here...which didn't work out sadly." The blond with a sigh, tossing his damp shirt to the side, revealing his tattooed body that held small bruises across his sides and back.
However, with his love being obsessed with killing boogies, he had no idea what to say about this issue, but he did have one thing to say. "As much as I know you want too, I only ask one thing from you other then from now on telling me things..."
He paused and ran a hand through his cold hair. "Do not hurt Mistress Naelona. I owe her for a lot of things. I love you with all my heart, but I won't be able to handle it if you harm her, Augusta."

"Like that, I suppose you mean coming home beaten, tired, and when I come home after seeing Master Sin?"
Augy kept his gaze away, he was unstable at this point, he was unable to deal with 'Master Sin." In fact the dark-haired man didn't understand how Kristopher could deal with such abuse. When Kris took off the shirt, Augy picked the blanket back up and slowly approached his counterpart. Augusta was still not sure if Kris was still angry and it was reflex for Augy to shy back from confrontation.
"And it's not so much out of your character to pull this kind of thing. My big thing is that...I wish you would of told me from the very beginning. I could of helped you, done something to...anything. But you choose to leave me out of it, and I really don't like not being told whats going on, other to come here...which didn't work out sadly."
Augusta sighed, he wrapped the blanket around his lovers slim shoulders and frowned, " There wasn't anything you could do. If you knew then you defiantly had more risk of getting hurt but... It was wrong of me to hide it from you... I haven't really been thinking clearly lately. " he said, his voice was abnormally soft as he limped over to the wooden bed near the fireplace. " I'm pretty sure that saying sorry isn't going to help much but, if it's any consolation, I am really sorry..."
"As much as I know you want too, I only ask one thing from you other then from now on telling me things... Do not hurt Mistress Naelona. I owe her for a lot of things. I love you with all my heart, but I won't be able to handle it if you harm her, Augusta."
Augy chuckled lightly, it was true, he'd like to see both Sin and Naelona dead. But the fact was, it would be like Augusta trying to kill Jouhnin, oh he wanted to so very bad, every fiber of his being wanted Jouhnins head on a platter, but when it came down to it, Augy would never be able to kill him. It might be that Jouhnin saved him, if it wasn't for that boogie he'd be dead. Maybe it was that which kept him from not murdering the flaming gay Boogie. " I won't..." he said, letting his words trail off. " But... but... He's not going to be spared if it comes down to it..." he said darkly, referring to Master Sin.

The blond sighed softly and did not flinch away from the dark haired boy as he placed the blanket around the blonds shoulders. Kristopher's thin hand caugh the edges of it and pulled it close. Apparently, Kristopher was no longer angry at the young adult. His anger always lasted nothing more then a few minutes or hours.
He nodded softly as the other spoke and then sighed every so often, lefting a hand to rub the side of his face or move a lock of hair away. His green eyes stuided the boy as he moved about with a sudden look of concern. It appear's his beloved was injuried, figured. He always got hit or cut by something but he did not bring this to the others attention.
Instead he chuckled lightly, "You may do as you wish to that boogie. He has done no good to me." Heaven only knew how Kristopher could deal with those matters that dealt with Sin. Maybe it was a strong will or he just knew how to block things out and go to a happier place. Who knew.
However, the blond shook his head slowly, "However, has anyone taken a look at you? Or is limping your new fashion statement?"

"You may do as you wish to that boogie. He has done no good to me."
That's for sure. And it wouldn't be long before Augusta lost it because of that boogie. He may not have realized himself, but the anger he pushed to the back of his head was building. And Augusta was not really stable at points. Kinda of like a mine-field who knows what's going to set off an explosion.
Augy sat down onto the edge of the very old best and used the corner of the sheets to wipe some off the ash left on his face. He really needed to clean up and take care of the cuts and burns he had, but he didn't dare leave the room. Not when everyone out there was angry with him. Kyle was right when he said Augy had caused more harm then good.
"However, has anyone taken a look at you? Or is limping your new fashion statement?"
Augy lifted his head and smiled, but only a small smile touched the corners of his lips. He nodded, " Not my bad knee... Piper took care of my face and arms but she had more critical people to deal with..." he said and sighed, he closed his eyes and popped his neck. When he opened his eyes he sighed, " But you of all people should know that my right knee has always been faulty..." he said, but suddenly remembered that Kris might not actually remember that far back... well, Kris probably didn't. " that's how we met... you uh..." he paused, getting slightly confused over his words, " fixed my knee..."
But he decided not to tell the blond that it was that moment, when Kris snapped his knee back into place, that Augy first fell for Kris, mostly because his now fiance's touch was so kind, nobody had ever been so kind to him. But to protect his pride, he was going to keep his romantics to himself...

" Not my bad knee... Piper took care of my face and arms but she had more critical people to deal with...But you of all people should know that my right knee has always been faulty..."
Kristopher sighed softly as he watched his lover and then slowly he shook his head. Standing, the cold and tired blond moved towards the other and brushed a hand through the dirty locks as Augy cleaned off his face. Then, the blond sat down beside the other.
Kris did not say a word for a moment as he just let the other talk. Kristopher looked over the boy carefully and frowned at his condition. Granted, Kristopher was no better and felt like a water log. But his health could wait, Augusta's couldn't. Augusta was an important figure now. So his pale hands slowly moved down Augusta's body, checking for wounds and broke bones, things out of place.
that's how we met... you uh..." he paused, getting slightly confused over his words, " fixed my knee..."
"Is it?" said the blond, "I wish I could remember." It had taken the blond a long time to get over his memory lose, but nowadays, it didn't bother him at all. He dealt withit and now it was in his past.
The blonds hand rested on Augy's bad knee then. "I'm going to have to crack it again, aren't I?" He shook his head and then raised his eyes to look at Augusta seriously. "You know," he started, "They don't hate you and they ain't angry anymore. They understand, you can't win the first time around...but maybe the second time." He smiled slightly.
"So, you are going to have to be strong, you realize. Right?"

"Is it?" said the blond, "I wish I could remember."
Augusta almost uttered back in agreement but didn't. When they brought up this topic last time, Augy and Kris almost took their lives. Augusta didn't want to pull any more of Kris's strings. Augy felt Kris go over his body and every once and awhile the dark-haired man would flinch. There were cuts all over his shoulder and sides from getting people out of the rubble of the fire. And his knuckles were rough, dry, bloody and cut. That what you get for fighting Boogies and then fighting a fire.
"I'm going to have to crack it again, aren't I?"
Augy looked down at Kristopher and his own knee, looking at it he sighed and nodded. He was used to the knee-cracking by now, Kris must have done this a trillion times. It was becoming a normal event in the two boys lives. Augy looked back at Kris, staring into his counterpart's green eyes he let out a long breath. But he didn't return the smile. " Yeah... I know... but when you lead people to their deaths, it's something that isn't easy to get over..." he said and sighed again.
"So, you are going to have to be strong, you realize. Right?"
Augusta smiled slightly at that comment. The Frenchman reached down and put one of his large pale hands on the sides of Kris's face. " You realize that behind every great man is an even better person?" he said and kissed the blonds forehead. " You better fix my knee or I'm gonna be gimpy permanently..."
