Appearance:
Aiko is a small girl, hitting around 5'5'' she is the embodiment of 'big things come in little packages.' Aiko has a pale complexion, only wears make-up when she has to, and prefers to dress fashionably. Of course she doesn't dress like her brother, she dresses reasonably for a woman of her body-type. Despite her brothers antics, she doesn't look like she has had to deal with Jou for years, she is petite but sophisticated in her own right. She has shorter jet black hair, she usually leave it down except for events in which she wear it up in a bun or in a clip. You can see her wearing a kimono at Takanami events and sometime just when she is just in her home. Just like the rest of the Takanami line, she is oddly beautiful, much like a angel or something along those lines. She is often more radiant then most Boogie-women and tends to let her feminine side out more often as well.

Personality:
Aiko is quite the little lady. Not only does she enjoy being one of the most frightening women in Wonderland, she also loves being part of her family. The Takanamis wealth and power make her feel like gods-gift. Aiko is one: Egotistical and bossy. Two: she's cruel and sarcastic. Three: No matter your name or status, if you make her angry, she'll kick your ass. But one odd thing about her, she respects boogie-woman who have made a good life for themselves. She will respect you if your one: a boogie, two: a female, and three: have wealth and social status. She is someone who took over her family with ease, she is the boss behind the screen in the Takanami family. Sure her big brother is the 'head' of the family. But Jou mostly just spends all the money and parades around being the social rep. of the family. Aiko handles everything else, she passes by big decision by her brother first, but the managing of the Takanami line and their money is all Aiko's job. So she is cruel and manipulative so that she can get away with things nobody else can. She is strong-willed and determined and hard working, she never gives up and can be annoying just as she can be passive and wise.

History:
The Takanami's are known for their extravagant beauty and weirdness. Even though they are a bunch of nuts, they are very smart, talented Boogies. And feared for good reasons. Aiko was born in Mid-June. She is the only daughter to the Takanami name and it still stands that way. When Aiko was little she was taught two things: that she was growing up in a mans world & that if she didn't buck-up and become the strongest in her family she would be crushed by her 5 brothers.

But in June the eldest son died, along with his brother, the second son. The reason for their death is unknown. Her brothers deaths really hit Aiko hard because not only was she going to the second and co-head of the family now, but also because she looked up to her 3 older brothers for all her life. Now she had to raise her younger brothers and keep her psychotic older brother from going crazy. Aiko took over almost everything when Jouhnin killed their parents. Of course, Aiko didn't love her parents at all, so it didn't faze her. But her brother losing his lover and such made her angry. She became tougher than needed and grew into a cold and cynical woman. When Jouhnin started to regain his sanity she began to loosen up a bit. She began to make friends and started going to social outings, she followed in the social footsteps of her brother, at parties and such she acts like a respectable woman but a tough-shelled one too. She had her one-night-stands and her short-time lovers, but unlike her brother she barely dwindled in romance at all. It wasn't her thing, she had a family to run. Since her flaming gay brother was completely useless.

Aiko started taking over little responsibilities of the family, she began to budget the money, then bought the estate outside of gardens, and soon she became the brains behind the family. She was a sweet little lady, who had the whole name and wealth and respect of the Takanami wrapped around her little finger. Jouhnin allows her to do this, of course he checks in on her and things and makes the important decisions, but the checkbook and reputation of the family is all her big brothers job now.
